A Note From Cyndi…

I wish I knew at the beginning of my career what I know now about how experiencing trauma as a child impacted me in the workplace…

18 years into my 23-year career, I came face to face with my childhood trauma and how it impacted me. Only then did the struggles I experienced in the workplace start to make sense.

A couple of years into my healing journey, I began noticing that I was not alone in struggling with legacy trauma symptoms in the workplace, and yet, no one was talking about it.

I realized that the things I was learning about managing my own trauma symptoms in the workplace could be helpful for others who were also struggling.

My mission became to help survivors overcome the legacy effects of trauma on their careers and help them build resilient, fulfilling careers.

In the past five years, I have written, advocated for, and coached survivors to help them in their careers, and the #1 question I get is, “How can I manage my triggers in the workplace?”

In response to this constant question, I developed a tool to help survivors bring awareness of their workplace triggers called “The Workplace Trigger Tracker.”

Because regulating workplace triggers is foundational for being able to advance our careers, I created this webinar to help survivors see what is possible when we are able to manage our workplace triggers.

If managing your workplace triggers is something you are interested in, choose the time that works for you here.

I can’t wait to see you shine!!!
